a lovely hotel in a great setting with plenty of little extras. huge room. the breakfast's price is 11 gbp per person per day.
It's a fantastic place. The reception staff was doing a nice job. It was a couple of blocks away from London city centre.
Everything was very clean, free mobile maps. Great location, Walking distance to most of London's must see tourist attractions and not far from supermarkets
Excellent location, next to Embankment tube station))) The hotel was clean and free hot beverages at the reception
Really recommended for London standards.
otherwise all super, friendly staff and top location, right next to a subway station, so that you can quickly get everywhere. We had a studio this was decently big, the kitchen is great, not huge but it has everything you need. the fridge was a bit noisy. Top TV, connect to laptop and stream Netflix!
does this hotel really have four stars? I don't know, but the room cleaning would have cost extra?! Maybe because it's an apartment hotel?
The location is fantastic and the rooms are large and well equipped.
There is no separation between sleeping and cooking areas. This makes the very loud fridge really annoying at night.
Nice hotel, well located (subway, train station, bus nearby), restaurants, pubs just around the corner. Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is sufficient. The furnishings are good (high table with two stools, small sofa, safe, ironing board, hair dryer, wardrobe, beds are comfortable) - free fine coffee in the reception hall. We had an apartment on the sixth floor, view's nothing special. Windows can be opened.
Better a shower than a bath - water pressure was bad.
Super equipped kitchen and free coffee/tea in the lobby.
A little too expensive.
We enjoyed being able to prepare a meal when we wanted to and the kitchen was well equipped. The small flats were quite spacious and the bathroom adequate. We particularly enjoyed the closeness to Trafalgar Square, theatres shops and central area generally. We would stay there again and will tell our friends.
The corridors were rather squalid and the carpet badly marked.
Easy walking distance to many places of our interest
Refusal to supply clean towel to one in party - extra charge - cheap!
Helpful staff and a nice set up of the room
Wasn't enough different meals. Bed was poor
location close to covent garden. And just a walk over the bridge at end of road to get to south bank.Very good bus and train service at the strand.Room clean warm.
shower not strong.Could do with a new shower hose.
friendly ad helpful staff, centrally located, clean, well equipped
The beds were really comfy and easy to move to how the family wanted, which was 2 adults and three older children. The location was fantastic, only one minute walk from Trafalgar Square! If booking for 3 older children, this is the place in London.
