We had a lovely stay with a clean, studio-type room and a well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. The complimentary drinks in the lobby were a great touch, too!

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to major attractions and easy access to the tube. The staff was friendly, and the room was spacious and comfortable. the front entrance lacked accessibility for those with mobility issues, which made entering a bit challenging.

Convenient access to major sights like Trafalgar Square makes wandering around a breeze. The kitchenette in the studio offered a handy way to whip up snacks and meals while enjoying a cozy atmosphere.
Pillows felt like concrete slabs, a real neck strain if you ask me. The shower had a hard time staying at a comfortable height, making it awkward for taller folks. Some wear and tear in the furniture was apparent, which dinged the overall vibe, especially for the steep nightly rate. Cleaning services weren’t included over multiple days, so manage your own trash and towels.

missingWrote a review on Oct 05central locationwell-equipped kitchenettecramped breakfast
Fantastic central location allows easy access to major sights like the National Gallery and Trafalgar Square. The studio features a well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing quick meals, enhancing the comfort during the stay.
The breakfast area feels cramped during busy hours, leading to a less than ideal experience for those looking for a relaxing start to their day. Water pressure in the shower could be stronger, which might not bother everyone but can be noticeable for those used to better. the furniture shows signs of wear, which might give a less impressive impression compared to what you'd expect from this kind of spot.

Loved my stay here! The cozy one-bedroom apartment was perfect, and I enjoyed movie nights in the welcoming lounge and the cool coffee machine available downstairs. A minor hiccup was that the heating took a bit to sort out, but it didn't spoil the overall experience. 😊
