We had a lovely stay with a clean, studio-type room and a well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. The complimentary drinks in the lobby were a great touch, too!

The studio was cozy, but the shower pressure was disappointingly low.

Request fresh towels daily. the staff is accommodating and will bring them right to your room.

Cleaning services weren’t included over multiple days, so manage your own trash and towels.

the citadines is in an amazing spot, right between the thames and trafalgar square, making it easy to explore cafes and theatres in the strand. our studio was comfy, and the staff were super helpful, fixing our tv issue in no time.

Loved my stay here! The cozy one-bedroom apartment was perfect, and I enjoyed movie nights in the welcoming lounge and the cool coffee machine available downstairs. A minor hiccup was that the heating took a bit to sort out, but it didn't spoil the overall experience. 😊
